Here are the next steps:

1. Check you email inbox

We send multiple emails, look for one with the subject "Your new We-Speak-English account."

Please add [email protected] to your email address book to avoid having our messages sent directly to your spam folder.

2. Start your course 

You will need to go to the website and log in. You must use the username and password you created before paying.

*If you did not get your username and password:

1) Please check your spam or promotions folder.

2) If the email isn't there, you can click "Sign in" and select "Forgot your password" at the bottom of the screen.

3) Check your email for instructions. Set your new password, then login with your email and that new password.

3. Log into your account 

Enter your email address and password, then click Login.

4. Check the settings and change the password.

Click the user icon in the upper right hand corner and select Settings.

Then change your password to something easier to remember and make sure all of the boxes are checked, so you don't miss any of the lessons. Once you've done that, click save at the bottom.

Then click the user icon again and select "My Library."

5. Browse your course

My Library is where you can find the various courses that you have joined. The daily English program consists of Live lessons, the Recorded Lessons Vault, and the Student Chat. Click "View Course" to view that section.

6. The Help Center

If you watched the whole video and you still have questions go to "The Help Center." You'll find links to it in the sidebar of every page. Make sure to check all of the articles and follow the instructions.
